Bullying is a topic that needs to be understood and aware that bullying is a problem and we need to stop it. Bullying can be stopped if we all work together and make it equal for everyone, it means that we would be accepting of others differences and learning about them, this is something that has been around for a long time but has never been addressed a lot until recently. I personally feel that bullying is a wide spread of topics to online, in person and even pressure to do something, there are many ways to stop bullying though, for example if you were being bullied at school by someone in your class there are a lot of ways to deal with the situation correctly, the most common would be to tell a teacher, your parents or even a close friend you can trust. But not everyone deals with it the same way, some people might even confront the bully right after they have hurt or disrespected them, but that might only make things worse. Then there's cyber bullying, my advice would be if you cant say it to there face why put it online? Or sometimes you have a ''friend'' that might be bullying you, this could be that maybe they were using you for something of there own benifit, but are they really friends? Some ways to tell if your being bullied: If your peers are talking behind your back, violence (physical/ mentally), being made fun of or again pressure to do something. Also sometimes the bully is having problems of there own and just take it out on you or someone you know. Just because you are different dosen't mean people can bully you or make you feel like you are different, mental health issues are... well nobody is perfect so why would they make you feel different just because you react differently to things and might have different needs than others when everyone has flaws. Mental health issues don't make you different, they make you stand out. Health issues can also be caused by bullying, if someone is making you feel bad that can effect your mental health by lacking confident or having anxiety or even being a bully to your self. Bullying is a way for people to make themselves feel better, but taking out your problems out on someone else is not the answer.
